Are you looking to earn some extra cash? Can you work 20 hours per week? Ideal candidates will be mainly recruited to working during night shifts only. This section operates Monday to Sunday and candidates should be available to be rostered between 22:00 - 08:30. As a Call Centre Agent, your mission will be to assist our valued customers, understanding their needs, and resolving any issues with unparalleled superheroic flair via calls. Training is provided and will be delivered from our head office in Mosta, daily Monday to Friday from 17:00 and selected candidates will also receive on-the-job exposure sessions.

Requirements.

• Fluency of both Maltese and English is mandatory, we will recruit candidates who only speak 1 of these languages;
• Proficiency in the tools of the trade, including Outlook 365, Word, and Excel;
• Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving;
• Confidence in your ability to bring joy to our customers and help keep our operations running like well-oiled machines;
• The ability to tackle tasks with initiative and creativity, always ready to seize opportunities and make things happen;
