We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our Customer Support or Front Desk teams. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers — providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional experience across every interaction.
Provide great service — whether by phone, email, or in person, depending on the role.
Listen with care, communicate clearly, and make every customer feel valued.
Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and everyday support needs.
Work together with your team to create a smooth and positive experience for everyone.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Confidence using computers and basic software (ECDL or equivalent is an asset).
A friendly personality with a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Fluency in English & Maltese; other languages are an advantage.
