We are now looking for Front Desk Representatives to join our existing team. Ideal candidates will be the first point of contact to the customers, the friendly face and trusted voice that customers remember. You don’t just greet visitors, you make them feel valued from the moment they walk in or call. With a blend of warm hospitality and sharp problem-solving skills, you will ensure a positive experience for every client.

This position calls for a responsible and diligent candidate to join our highly motivated and professional team of Front Desk and Contact Centre personnel, who share the same passion for work.
Selected candidates will be scheduled to work from one location close to their residence.
You will be offered an attractive performance bonus over and above your annual salary.

Training will be provided and delivered on a full-time basis and selected candidates will also receive on-the-job exposure sessions.

Educational and Skill Requirements.

Excellent computer skills, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
Fluency in both Maltese and English, both spoken and written, is a must.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.
