Now, we’re looking for dynamic, motivated Front Office Agents to join our growing team across Malta’s North, Central, and South regions.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our Front Desk and Contact Centre team, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience. You’ll work in a stimulating environment that encourages teamwork, initiative, and personal development.

What we're looking for?

Strong computer skills (ECDL certification preferred)
Fluent in Maltese and English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and active listening skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
