We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our Customer Support or Front Desk teams. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers — providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional experience across every interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide great service — whether by phone, email, or in person, depending on the role.

  • Listen with care, communicate clearly, and make every customer feel valued.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and everyday support needs.

  • Work together with your team to create a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

What are the right skills for this role?

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Confidence using computers and basic software (ECDL or equivalent is an asset).

  • A friendly personality with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

  • Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
