We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s social media platforms, creating and editing compelling digital content, managing website updates, and running marketing campaigns to promote our services and our company’s culture. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with the Commercial team to coordinate and manage the sales pipeline, including the preparation of proposals and sales collateral.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report into the Chief Commercial Officer and will form part of the Commercial Team within Centrecom.
This position is offered on a full-time indefinite basis.

Responsibilities.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.)
Create and edit engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs, etc.) for digital channels
Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to tone, voice, and visual identity guidelines.
Monitor trends in digital marketing and social media and incorporate best practices.
Website & Campaign Management:
- Regularly update and optimize the company website for SEO and user engagement
Plan and execute targeted online marketing campaigns (email, PPC, display, retargeting, etc.)
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and optimization
Collaborate with web developers or external vendors as needed for technical enhancements
Commercial Team Support:
Work closely with the Commercial team to create and design sales presentations, proposals, and case studies tailored for prospective clients.
Coordinate and format proposal documentation, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral to support lead generation and sales conversion
Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform proposal content and support sales strategy.
Any other duties that may be assigned by Management, from time to time
Requirements.
A diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or service-based environment
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, video editing tools, etc.)
Familiarity with WordPress CMS platform, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting sales teams or working on proposals is considered an asset
