With a global footprint such as Malta, Fiji, and Australia, we partner with businesses and offer solutions to enhance their customer care experiences from handling inbound and outbound customer support to running a multilingual contact centre that take care of questions and tech support.  We are looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team on a new venture with one of our existing clients. About the ROLE

  • Saving the Day: You’ll be the first line of contact when our customers enter the premises. Whether it's a question, an issue, or a moment of confusion, you’ll swoop in to make everything right.

  • Working close to home: Selected candidates will be scheduled to work from one location in their region.

What we LOOK For 

  • Languages: Fluency in both Maltese & English is mandatory. 
  • Communication Skills: You speak clearly, write like a pro, and know exactly how to make things sound friendly and approachable, whether on the phone, via email, or chat. 
  • Team Spirit: You’re a team player who loves to collaborate and share ideas. You thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment where every voice is heard 
  • Customer Service Tips: Previous work experience in similar roles will be considered an asset. Training will be provided to all candidates. 
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
