Following the inauguration of the new premises back in June 2018, Centrecom has announced its continued investment in embracing new industries and companies.  The new offices can cater for 450+ desks to offer a variety of services, including, amongst others, Customer Support, KYC, Fraud Detection, Moderation and Prevention, and Documentation and Optimisation of Business Processes.

During a visit by the Hon. Silvio Schembri, Parliamentary Secretary for Financial Services, Digital Economy and Innovation, Mr Robert Spiteri, the Group General Manager, explained that Centrecom is working to grow its business and embrace the changes that are coming along with the emergence of the new Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Industries.  The company has already invested “1.4 Million Euros to have a robust technology in place with an uptime of 99.99% that ensures business continuity, better connectivity, and ultimately a quality service.”

Mr Spiteri also explained that the company is now enhancing its contact centre technology with an Omni-channel contact centre platform that will allow Centrecom to offer its clients’ customer service through one platform, catering for any contact channel, including Social Media, Live Chat, Emails and Calls.  This will be an added asset that will ensure that the message is delivered in a consistent and balanced approach building a feeling of familiarity and strong rapport with the client’s brand/service.

Hon. Silvio Schembri explained how “Centrecom has fully equipped training facilities which allow for the provision of continuous Training Development programs on a yearly basis, to ensure that Centrecom’s staff acquires and maintains the knowledge and skills required to deliver the best levels of Customer Service.”  The Junior Minister also commended Centrecom for the sponsorship programme being offered for its Training Department to fulfil a Diploma in Cryptocurrency.  Hon. Mr Schembri said that Centrecom “should serve as an exemplary model to other private companies for embracing the importance of maintaining an innovative technology and continually investing in its employees.”

Centrecom will be participating in Malta’s Digital Innovation Summit between the 3rd and the 5th October 2018.
