After announcing the expansion of the operations back in May 2017, on Wednesday 15th June 2018, Centrecom hosted the launch event of their new offices in Mosta. The premises were inaugurated by the Hon. Prime Minister Dr Joseph Muscat, who described Centrecom as “one of the leaders in the Customer Service Outsourcing Industry” with a “reputation [that] truly invest[s] in the development of its employees”.

 

The company, as highlighted by Managing Director and Co-Founder, Mr Leslie A. Cassar, is a “successful Joint Venture Enterprise” between Cassar Aviation and Air Malta that has been in operation since 1989. Over the years, as Mr Cassar pointed out, the “business has significantly contributed to Malta’s aviation and tourism industries, as well as to the Government’s customer services.”

 

Mr Robert Spiteri, the Group General Manager, explained how the “new offices, occupying an area of over 3000m2 over two floors, and hosting 450 desks with the latest technology enhancements, will enable Centrecom to secure new business and grow the already established portfolio of our business partners”.


Today, Centrecom Malta employs 284 employees, attracting a mixed workforce of students, women returning to work, and mothers, amongst others who have a passion for customer service.

 

The company, having an international presence in Australia, the USA, Fiji, Jordan and New Zealand, offers a variety of outsourcing solutions. The services range from Customer Support via Telephone, Email, Live Chat and Social Media, as well as Airline Representation, Back Office Support, Document Management, Content Marketing, Fraud Prevention and Sales/VIP Client Management.
