Health & Safety:

Upon arrival, visitors must sign in at the reception and obtain a visitor tag for entry.

The visitor tag must be worn visibly throughout the visit.

Visitors will receive a briefing on emergency evacuation procedures, including fire safety, emergency exits, and assembly points.

Visitors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring walkways are free from trip hazards or obstacles.

Any accidents or incidents, regardless of severity, must be reported to staff members promptly.
Information Security:

Visitors carrying electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones, laptops, cameras) will be asked to store them in designated lockers at reception unless authorised by Centrecom personnel.

Visitors will be briefed on the sensitive nature of the information and instructed to maintain confidentiality.

Confidential or sensitive information must not be taken out of the premises.
- 
Access to restricted areas is only permitted with Centrecom staff and for specific duties.

Connecting personal devices to the company's network or accessing corporate systems without authorisation is prohibited.

Visitors must adhere to specific instructions, such as avoiding discussing sensitive topics in public areas.
